What a listing does, and does not, mean.

The registry describes publicly discoverable work. Absence means a project was not found in the searched public sources, not that it does not exist. Being listed is a starting point for evaluation, never a substitute for it.

A listed entry has

A confirmed public identity and repository or listing.
A documentation-based summary of its stated capabilities.
An RWE workflow-fit reading, traceable to its source.
A recorded evidence state and a last-checked date.

A listing is not

An installation, runtime, or conformance test.
A security, privacy, or governance review.
A check of clinical or methodological validity.
An endorsement by Black Swan Causal Labs.
